Fees for publishers

Hourly rates:

• Proofreading, copyediting, project editing and development editing = £25
• Project management = £30

Day rate:

• Proofreading and editing = £180

Fees for independent authors

• Development editing: £20 per 1000 words
• Copy editing: £15 per 1000 words
• Proofreading £10 per 1000 words

These are guidelines: I am happy to negotiate discounted fees for independent authors.
